Know what you’re agreeing to.

Common questions about project scope and working arrangements. Your written agreement contains the specifics.

Ask us a question
Where are my project’s deliverables and fees defined?

Your written agreement, proposal, or statement of work sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Review those details before approving the project and ask about anything that is unclear.

When are payments due?

Payment dates and conditions are set out in your service agreement and invoices. Check those documents for your project’s schedule, along with any terms that apply to late payment.

Who owns the finished work?

Ownership is defined in your service agreement. As described in the terms above, ownership rights to final deliverables generally transfer upon full payment. Materials you provide remain yours; clarify any licensing questions before work begins.

What happens if I need additional work?

Raise the request with us so we can review how it affects the deliverables, fees, and schedule. Additional pages, integrations, or campaign requirements should be clarified in writing rather than assumed to be part of the original scope.

Do you guarantee marketing results?

No. As stated in our Terms of Service, we do not guarantee specific marketing results. Performance depends on factors such as your market, offer, budget, competition, and follow-up, as well as the work we deliver.

How do I find the terms for ending a project?

Refer to your service agreement and the Term & Termination section above. Contact us to discuss your situation and any outstanding work or payments. These answers summarize common questions and do not replace the full terms or your agreement.
